For shoe shops
Shoe shop software for footwear billing and stock
Every pair has a size and a colour. Give each one its own barcode and stock count, scan it with your phone at the counter, and see which sizes are running out.
Free plan, no card needed. Works on phone, iPad and computer.

What you can do
Every size has its own stock
One product in sizes 5 to 11, or any list you make, in every colour. Each size and colour keeps its own count, price and barcode.
Shoe sizes ready
UK and EU shoe size lists are set up for new shops. Make your own for kids' shoes, half sizes or chappals.
Barcode labels
Print one label for every pair in stock on 50 × 25 mm or 40 × 30 mm label rolls, or on plain A4 sheets.
Scan with the camera
No scanner needed to start. Point your phone or tablet camera at the barcode and the pair is on the bill.
Exchange for another size
A size too small? Take the pair back and give the new one against the original sale. Only the difference is paid.
Sizes running out
The reorder list shows the sizes that are out or nearly out, and your best sellers of the last 30 days.
Prices that include tax
Sell at a price that already has the tax inside it (MRP in India). The invoice still shows the correct tax breakup.
Returns at the counter
Take pairs back against the original sale. Stock, the bill and any refund are worked out for you.

Guides for shoe shops
Shoe shops: questions and answers
Is this software for a shoe shop?
Yes. Loomton's clothing part works for footwear: products with sizes and colours, barcode labels, counter billing with tax, exchanges, returns and stock. It is the same part clothing stores use, with shoe size lists ready.
Can I sell shoes and clothes in the same shop?
Yes. Shoes, clothes and accessories go in the same product list, each with its own sizes, so one bill can have a pair of shoes and a shirt.
Do I need a barcode scanner?
No. The app reads barcodes with the camera on your phone, tablet or laptop. A USB or Bluetooth scanner that types like a keyboard works as well.
Where is my data stored?
In your own account, online. You sign up with an email and password, and your customers, orders, stock and bills are saved to a secure database as you work. Only you can see your shop's data. You can also download a full backup file or export spreadsheets at any time.
How much does it cost?
There is a free plan for small shops, with no card needed. Pro plans for shops that need more are shown on the pricing page (loomton.com/pricing), paid monthly or yearly. Early users keep a lower price.
Which devices does it work on?
It runs in the browser on phones, iPads, Android tablets and computers. There is nothing to download: open the website, sign in and use it. You need an internet connection.
